“I felt that I was listened to and respected as a loyal customer of Intasure. So often these days, the loyal customer appear to be less important than the potential or new customer. Intasure were responsive to my request and I am pleased to say that I am renewing my insurance with them for another year.”

“There was a lot of confusion from the part of the intasure agents who seemed to be confusing my property with that of my partner's who already is insured with intasure... Also the constant phone calls from the agents to push for a sale once the quote has been issued really put one off!! Please stop harassing people already and make sure you're quoting for the right property with the right features (i.e pool or no pool etc)... Also we were told we would get discount as my partner's property is already insured with intasure but that never materialised... All in all a rather poor and disappointing performance... Unfortunately we do not have a choice of other insurance where we live so we are stuck with intasure...”

“I would have thought just acceptable was not very happy. I would prefer to pay my annual policy bycannual direct debit, as I do for my burglar alarm. It is quick, easy and not forgotten. Why do you not offer this service? I suspect it is because you cannot add on so many of your hidden administration charges, like you do for monthly direct debit. My council tax bill doesn't include additional charges for monthly direct debit, why do you?”

“Renewed my premium with Natasha. She dealt with it efficiently. Regarding the next question I'm not sure whether I would readily recommend Intasure to others , I would advise them to shop around for quotes. I just couldn't be bothered to do so. Perhaps I will next year.”
