“I received notice of renewal in plenty of time, followed by a reminder which came by phone and email. When I called to renew I was treated with courtesy and good humour, and the transaction was completed efficiently. The person I spoke to had the right balance of friendliness and efficiency.”

“Prompt reply, instant quotation, great follow up. Quotation was the best and also included earthquake cover which other firms exclude or charge an additional premium for. “Entered contents only on the website, got a quote for buildings and contents. Had to phone for clarification, contents only premium was inexplicably inflated from the figure given in the original quote, answered all thecompliance questions but telephnist had not retrieved them and had to phone again for the answers to be repeated”
