“My quote was received while I was away spending time at my holiday home. Thought I'd better get the house 'in order' so I phoned to renew my insurance. Very pleasant young man ran through the cover quoted and after negotiating the premium, I paid over the phone and received email confirmation within a couple of minutes. Job done!”
