“Very friendly and courteous service. Offer Earthquake cover which is important to me as some insurers have stopped providing this cover. Thankfully haven't had to make a claim so cannot comment on their claim handling. Like the fact that they offer blanket cover up to £1m for building cover instead of having to mess around trying to work out actual rebuilding costs.”

“The renewal arrived in a timely fashion. I received a number of customer focused phone calls to check that I had received the notice of renewal. At renewal I was walked through the cover and premium. The premium quoted was competitively priced.”
