“Needed a not straightforward insurance policy. Very helpful, took time to ensure all relevant info, can do attitude unlike several other companies we contacted. Staff cheerful, polite, did not hassle to purchase (we did), phoned back when said they would. Competitive quote, Definitely recommend, Will use again.”

“Prompt efficient service, I emailed to say when I would be back off holiday and the best time to contact me and the advisor rang me on the day within 5 minutes of the times I said I would be available. Advisor was very helpful and made the insurance quote more competitive to the original quote for which I was happy to proceed with and continue insuring my holiday home through intasure which I have done for a number of years now. Very easy, policy documents all emailed the same day.”

“I recently renewed my villa insurance with Intasure. I attempted to do this by creating a user profile on the new portal, but experienced some issues. I was informed this was due to problems with the whole Intasure network. The operator I spoke to took my details and called me back when the network issues had been resolved. She proceeded to complete my renewal without any fuss and then assisted me with setting up my portal access. Overall i was very impressed with the service i received. Additionally, initial impressions of the portal are very good.”
