Very efficient staff and prompt to renew my existing policy and take out an additional policy. So easy to deal with this Company - makes a refreshing change when other companies seem difficult and indifferent to business. Thank you. If the star rating hasn't registered - it's a Very Good!

I have no hesitation in recommending Intasure as a holiday home insurer, the usual clauses are included for vacant properties during the winter, such as draining down and turning off the main water supply etc. quite sensible. I had the mis fortune to have to make a claim because of a burglary recently, the staff were helpful and an assessor Provided, claim settled within a few weeks with early agreements made to cover initial security issues, always a good idea to now and then take a few photographs of the interior of house and garage to remind you what was there, very easy now with smart phone. Quick and easy to set up initially - actually did by phone from abroad when we bought our home. Efficient to deal with and renew. Prices are comparable with others. Never had to make a claim - but we don't want to be in that position do we? We do feel comfortable in dealing with Intasure - and you can easily reach a real person. That counts for a lot.

My insurance requirements were dealt with very professionally and efficiently by both members of staff that I spoke to: Sirda, and Sarah on the first occasion who was particularly helpful. I like the call back system too (no waiting on hold with annoying piped music).

This is the 2nd property that we now insure with intasure and both occasions I have felt that the calls have been handled really well. The product appears to suit our needs, and when I have spoken to any advisors they present themselves as being knowledgeable efficient and helpful.

The man I spoke to was very helpful, whilst being professional and chatty at the same time. He suggested and additional part to the policy - which I am pleased about. He was not at all pushy. Very impressed.

Very quick to quote and a very competitive price, using UK office. Clear policies and good documentation. Of course the one thing with any insurance company is their procedures when it comes to paying out in the event of a claim and I have not needed this part of their service, but if that is as good as the rest of their service I feel sure it will be excellent too. We struggled to get cover for our main home when we were away for longer than the competition's standard policy limits and Intasure covered us for as long as we want to go, with the only proviso being that we remain UK residents. You also don't have the hassle of telling them every time you come or go, and no changing conditions depending on if you're at home or not. We also use them for landlord insurance and they have always been very competitive in this regard and accommodate changes easily when we have changing circumstances such as void periods or different types of tenant.
