“Your rep on the phone was very polite and professional and he explained everything and made the transition from my old insurer’s to yourselfs and the premium was very competitive”

“Customer Services were very thorough in working with me to determine my needs by providing prompt and professional information tailored to my circumstances. Being able to manage my policy online ( I life in Cyprus) and have the documents delivered by email was a major bonus. The Premium represented good value for money - I obtained several other quotations.”

“I have had insurance cover from Intasure for my family holiday cottage for several years. The personnel I have had to consult have without exception been keen to help, pleasant and efficient. The administration side such as renewal process is so simple and streamlined that it doesn’t take a thought to deal with it. Their charges are also thoroughly competitive with added value. I totally recommend Intasure to anyone shopping around for new cover.”

“The communication was very good both via email and when I called to arrange payment. It was quick, painless and the lady I spoke to (I only wished I could remember her name to give her proper credit) was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The quotation was also great.”

“The female customer service advisor was a pleasure to dedl with. Appeared really interested in my custom and very knowledgeable. Spoke to other cusromer service advisers but although helpful, the femsle took that but more time and service dpot on. On that alone, made the decision to go with intasure.”

“The agent I spoke to Sirpa, was very knowledgeable, personable, thorough and very helpful. It was also reasonably easy to get through to speak to someone in short timescales and when the call dropped out (I was abroad) I was phoned back, excellent. I was also finding it difficult to find the right policy for my circumstances with out unacceptable endorsements, you had one! The one area where I think there could be improvement is the compliance statements, they are too long, not always required and could be handled differently so that the call time was shorter and the call more punchy.”
