“I found the member of staff I dealt with very professional and helpful. I was also surprised to find that the actual insurance quote beat all the others i had reviewed including the multiple websites. “Efficient reminder of renewal and choice of payment in full or instalment payments clearly explained. Switched from instalment to payment in full and found staff very helpful on telephone to make the change and update the cover details. Very happy with the service.”

“I was very pleased with the way my phone call was handled. I was offered a discount because of my shock to ur admin charge. I didn't realize that it is a one off charge for the yr regardless of how many times I actioned something. I still think the charge is excessive because how many times in one yr wld someone action a change to their policy. Admin charges r usually £20 for each call and modification made and not £50 for not calling up at all. The young lady that I delt with was very Professional, Polite and Helpful but her hands were tied in dealing with the Admin charge. I hope u find these comments useful. Thank you!!”
