“I am a repeat client insuring a second property in Portugal. Very happy with the way both sales people interacted with me by phone. Clearly listening to me, very knowledgeable about their product and crystal clear with explanation of what risks are and aren't covered. Happy with level of cover, price and super service.”

“The time I wait to get through while listening on the with all your disclaimers - it over the top, do what Google, Apple etc asking to tick their disclaimer box !! I suspect most place the call on hold and attend to the matters.”

“I had a very helpful advisor at the other end of the telephone line. She was easy to hear and clear in her information. She was also patient and understanding with me, as I have a hearing problem and sometimes have to ask people to repeat themselves in order for me to get their meaning. And she was very good natured and friendly. I'm also happy with the policy that was offered, which matched my needs and was reasonably priced in my opinion.”

“how lovely to speak to a person!!!!! nicky was my helper what a delightful happy and informed person. no hassle, all points covered expertly, wonderful calm speaking voice and able to laugh. nothing was too much trouble and I did not feel like a twit, what more could I ask. oh yes a very good price. I would use your company again. perhaps nicky should be your training person!! no i'm not related. cheers elaine richardson”

“The process is easy to follow when calling to open a policy as I did yesterday. I needed to keep on an existing policy for my holiday home and take out a new policy for a new one that I have bought. Lady who took my call made the process easy”
