“I as pleased with Intasure because they persisted in contacting me re renewing my insurance and eventually I was able to catch up with them and it was sorted our quickly.”

“The staff in spoke to were very professional and also friendly and helpful. They couldn't really have done a better job. The only reason I haven't given a five is because I felt some questions staff had to ask were too detailed for example the kind of lock on the patio door, and this added to too complex information gathering. Excellent staff though”

“Good evening Intasure, I have been doing business with you since 2013 and it's come to that time of year again when renewing your insurance is unavoidable. If you have not done your homework before then, you tend to go with who you was with previously. Anyway I'm not saying Intasure gave me the best deal out there but there is a young man within this company that showed honesty, understanding and a world of patience. Because of these wonderful traits this young man posses a deal was made. Doing business this way is not always going to be financially beneficial but it was refreshing speaking to someone with good working ethics. This renewal was made solely because of this individual. Well done to this person and keep up the good work he is most definitely an asset for Intasure.”

“Very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman on telephone. Found the wording he had to say though very long and difficult to take in over the telephone. Would have loved to have had an email with this on and then could have rung back and agreed. Not his fault, he was just doing his job but this is why I have given a good but not very good.”

“I know there are other Insurance companies that will offer cheaper quotations but I stay with Intasure because they have proven to be very reliable when dealing with claims in the part of Italy where we live.”

“The lady I spoke with was extremely friendly and professional, she explained everything very well and answered any questions I had completely. “The most important thing about a purchase of an insurance policy is what happens if you need to make a claim, will they meet the claim and how they deal with you - I don't know. All I can say is that when buying the policy Intasure were easy to deal with and the price was very competitive.”

“Intasure was recommended to me by a friend also in the trade. Not only did Intasure get me a quote within 10 minutes but was also cheaper than all three other quotes I had received. i have also asked for home cover and that is less than what i currently pay, So it looks like I will be moving that over as well. It is a pleasure to come across a company that gives you what you need at the right price.”

“We have been with Intasure for some years and found them really efficient. They always send the renewal in good time without prompting. We had to engage them initially in a claim some years ago and their response was immediate and very supportive. I have recommended then to friends. They are also competitive. I feel extremely confident with them.”
