“Usual premiums were rising and wanted to change insurance providers for my holiday home in Cyprus. Filled out the online form and received an illustrative quote the next day. “Having never needed landlord insurance I was concerned that I would not ask the right questions to get the level of cover we needed. the agent talked me through the form explaining when I was not sure. We have recently changed house to rent and the agent I spoke to was pleasant polite and very efficient . the paperwork and refund from cover no longer needed arrived prompltly.”
