“The agent was very helpful, polite and made the process easy. Whilst the cost is not as competitive as my previous insurance company, earthquake cover had ceased on renewal due to change in underwriter policy. Therefore, I am reassured that this is included (with standard excess) with Intasure.”

“Having worked in the Insurance Industry for 47 years and CEO of a Lloyds Syndicate Service Company dealing both with Brokers and the Public, I can say that Charlie at the Intasure office did a rattling good job, covering all the necessary regulatory stuff, in a brisk but coherent manner. He also covered the important task of offering the Insurance I required in an excellent manner. Well done Charlie and thank you for your service.”

“Im grateful to have acquired insurance with Intasure considering my insolvency. the online process was fast and secure. I spoke to a representative who was very polite and understanding even when things went a bit wrong, he was on hand to solve the problem quickly. I did get a lady who was quite rude and impatient, but once I spoke to Sean Frew, he helped resolve the matter perfectly.”

“Received a renewal reminder per email and forgot about it. Robert, from Intasure, phoned me on renewal date and I was able to renew per that phone call. He, also, was able to reassure me on some Brexit issues I had as I live in Republic of Ireland but the home I am insuring is in Spain. Overall, I found him to be a very knowledgeable person to deal with on such an important issue. Excellent service and top rate customer satisfaction.....Well Done, Robert.”

“Very easy and pleasant company to deal with. Received the very acceptable quotes very fast WITHOUT having to answer questions I did not have answers as I did with Schofields who wanted ME to calculate the rebuilding costs for the house! Would definitely recommend these people. They could not have been nicer and the cover is extremely good.”
