They listened to what insurance cover we required, which was not straight forward and took the time to establish all the facts and after sending to Underwriting offered us a competitive quote which we accepted. We had to insure a log residential cabin, stables and a barn.

I spoke to one of your Sales advisor named Eric who assisted me in finalising Public liability insurance and employers liability for my company. Eric was Brilliant , very helpful in answering to all my queries , definitely one of the key factor in deciding and confirming the insurance with your company .A well deserved 5 out of 5 stars to him as a sales advisor and will definitely be recommending your company details to my friends and business associates .Thankyou!

The woman was very happy to give her time to go through all the questions and she gave me all the options that I could have by explaining the other products, every step was explained in layman terms. She gave me her time no problem whatsoever and answered all the questions so I could get what I needed. Pleased with the service and looking forward to the next year with your company.

I made a phonecall about renewal and was dealt with promptly and my insurance explained. The only fault on my side was trying to take details in as the speaker spoke quickly.

The staff I dealt with were fantastic, very helpful. My problem was with your online pages as I use a iPad Pro and I could not negotiate the quote via the info forwarded to me. In the end we found a solution by emailing me to a hotmail address which I then opened in a browser and was able to read the documentation there and was also able to forward it back to myself. It was very frustrating for me and Adam in your office who was helping me but he remained very patient and helpful throughout and eventually we cracked it.

Very thorough in the information that was verbalised to me and your Operative was happy to repeat and clarify when required. I never felt pressured to accept original quote, altogether a very competitive and seamless process.

I know you are an internet type company and therefore don't send out paper documents but some of us older folk would much prefer to have some of the documents -covering letter and premium details -on paper. I don't have a printer.
