“The call I made was answered promptly by a friendly lady thanking me for calling in, asking the reason for my call. I was very politely asked some verification details and my policy number, and for more details of my call. I had a few changes to my Policy which were noted and changed, and I was divided of the change I the amount due, and if I accepted the new amount, and also if I wished to pay now, to save another call, or if I wanted to wait until the payment was due in two weeks time. I paid there and then which was all completed very quickly. I found the experience very efficient, completed in a polite and friendly manner,making the whole experience very easy. Well done to your customer service training, you should be proud that this is being projected by your staff.”

“Claims not dealt with. At the time we were going through traumatic personal circumsances, including two bereavements, arguing and persuing claims was very low on priory list. Conseqently we have not had the time or the inclination to pursue other companies so have renewed for speed of continuity but shall most certainly be monitering this coming year should any problems occur which need redressing”

“Very professional, friendly, efficient customer service and a great product at a reasonable price. Intasure were very thorough and made sure that all eventualities were discussed and covered offering good advice without trying to put pressure on to increase the amount of insurance if it wasn't required.”

“Instasure were the cheapest provider I could find. However, I wasn't happy with the hounding I got from one of their sales team. The same person who called us constantly also lied to my business partner about when he had sent the quote to us as well. Strange behaviour, I hope it is not a taster of more to come in the future.”

“The information supplied was very clear and helpful. They were very careful to understand our specific insurance requirements, we correspondended successful by email and phone. The quote was very competitive, saving over £100 from our current brokers. I would have not hesitated to give them a 5* rating, but for the inability to register on their website portal.”
