“I rang up to arrange my holiday home insurance and spoke to a lovely man called Adam. After losing my husband nearly 2 years ago this was the first time I have had to arranged house insurance. I was very unprepared with the information I needed to answer the questions,and I also had my two young daughters being noisy in the background,but Adam was very patient and understanding. He explained everything absolutely brilliantly ,giving me the technical terms and then translating them so I could understand them. I can't praise him enough,absolutely brilliant.”
