“I needed to change the insurance on my second property, which I have decided to rent out. I was not looking forward to the call but the gentleman from Intasure who I spoke to could not have been more helpful, clear and patient. He made the whole process of changing my policy simple and straightforward. I have very poor hearing and had to frequently ask him to repeat himself, which must have been annoying for him but he was a model of politeness hand helpfulness. Unfortunately, I didn't take a note of his name but he certainly deserves recognition. Well done.”

“I contacted intasure in something of a panic as we had a holiday rental but the public liability part had been overlooked and the first client was arriving in days. From my first contact with Toby to the final to and from with Marina, the attention, the patient way they dealt with the issues as I live in a non sterling area and their time was very reassuring to me. There were several phone calls required and all under a fast time line. My only problem was that the actual details of the house concerned were taken down over the phone incorrectly and that caused some stress as you might expect. Other than that which may be a factor of my non English accent, the service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending intrasure. thanks”

“I was happy with the initial quote but had a couple of minor queries so I asked for a ring back. Within 15 minute a young lady named Christie called me, she very quickly cleared up the queries and had the insurance set up in a matter of minutes. Christie was polite, friendly, professional and courteous, a real credit to herself and to your company. Thank you.”

“We have had several insurance policies via Intasure over the years and currently have three including one for a holiday home overseas. Their staff have always been knowledgable, friendly and professional and their prices are comparable if not better than most of the competitors. Although not a negative, all the above is caveated by saying that to date, we have not made a claim though I would add that if I had any doubts that this process would be any less professional than the policy purchase process I would not have used their services as often as I have.”
