“Many years ago, Intasure came up with a policy for us that covered our rather complicated B&B insurance requirements at a reasonable price. After 10 years we are still getting excellent service and payment is still an almost painless process!”

“Not hugely impressed I am afraid. Your sales persons knew we were renewing our cover and unfortunately because we were away on holiday for a few days at the time we could not reply to the telephone call / email and cover was not renewed on the day it was due because it was not paid for and we now have a lapsed period of about 3 days? As soon as I returned I telephoned and paid fore the full cover and was given this information. This is not good customer service at all. You would have been happy to take my money several weeks before it was due but not allow me cover for a few days. This is bad.”

“I forgot to renew my insurance, they called me to remind me just as I stepped out of the shower to ask them to phone again in 30 minutes they rang back as promised in 30 minutes and my renewal was completed very quickly on the phone and the price had only gone up £5.00 so no need for me to shop around great job done thanks Stewart”
