“The lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Nobody likes having to phone up and pay a bill, but the friendly tone and human conversation she delivered, as well as not sounding bored while having reading the legal stuff, made the whole process pleasant and enjoyable. The only people who likely leave a review on here are either disgruntled customers or the lonely and elderly. But I wanted to highlight that this lady deserves to be looked after, as she is a credit to your company. I can't demand you give her a pay rise, but make sure she at least doesn't have a crappy chair, knackered headset or wonky desk. And make sure someone gets her a cup of coffee first thing in the morning!”

“I had to change our status on our property from a Holiday Home to Permanent Residence. When I spoke to an Advisor she said that we would have to cancel the policy and take out another, which I was happy to do. However I was then asked to pay the new policy upfront and Intasure would the pro-rata the difference in a refund for the canceled policy. The canceled policy was 167.83, the refund after THREE WEEKS AND THREE DAYS WAS 120.63. If this is not taking the, insert your own words, then I do not know what is. I will be using Intasure again.”
