The renewal experience was a nightmare. The website/ portal is a nightmare to negotiate and log into. The phone experience not much better. Option 2 - renewal's were met with a response "this extension does not exist ". Three phone calls later managed to get through to someone who was helpful & professional. Its a shame that other aspects were so disappointing and unprofessional. Next year will probably seek a more user friendly company.

Very knowledgable staff. As this is the first time I've needed this kind of insurance, I didn't know where to start. Your colleague talked me through everything when other companies didn't take the time. Very impressed

when questioned by your telephone sales person she discovered that my circumstances had changed and I had the wrong type of cover so she directed me to the sales dept where I received the correct ins cover and it cost less than before.

I think I dealt with Nikki? who was very charming and witty making the whole process (which, lets face it, is rather boring) very enjoyable. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was willing to go "off script" allowing her engaging peroanlity to shine through. It was the most entertaining insurance application process I have ever had!

Very flexible and easy to work with to get the paperwork done (even over the phone). Didn't yet have to claim anything (keep fingers crossed), so can't comment on that. Easy renewal.

The service was good with the exception of attempting to register on your portal. Each time I entered the temporary password in order to create my own you sent me a new temporary password. After 6 times of trying I gave up.
