“Their agent, Nicky, was enormously patient. I was not familiar with the insurance terminology and the various elements of the policy, and had very many questions. She answered all of them, calling me back once she had precise answers. More importantly, I have a very busy work schedule and Nicky had to chase me over multiple weeks to communicate with me. Needless to say, I feel I made an informed decision and am very happy with the service.”

“We unfortunately suffered very badly during the earthquakes in Central Italy in 2016/7, but Intasure were supportive, pragmatic and always there to assist. They dealt with our claim in an extremely efficient way and we are so glad we decided to pay the extra to get a solid insurance policy. Thank you!”
