“The service feels as if it is responsive to customers' needs and circumstances. In the years I have had the policy I have not had to make a claim and hope I never will - but if I ever do, that is when Intasure's qualities will be revealed. Were it not for this unknown I would have marked the service "Excellent". All insurers present lots of "ifs" and "buts" and Intasure seem no better or worse in that respect.”
