“As always, very helpful service, I appreciate the contact well in advance of the renewal date and that the staff call back at an agreed time to sort any issues out. Haven't needed to make a claim, fortunately, but customer feedback from those that have was one of the reasons we picked this company!”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from Intasure. I spoke with someone called Tom MacDonald. he dealt with my renewal swiftly and very efficiently and even managed to reduce the quoted price by a few pounds. He had a lovely telephone manner. I had just spoken to a different Insurance Company where I spoke to a very abrupt young lady, despite their quote being cheaper I decided that Intasure was a much nicer company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Will Henry was amazingly helpful. I needed a landlord policy for a buy to let flat in a Grade 1 building which every insurance company I approached refused to cover. Will said Intasure couldn't do it either but when I explained my problem he said he'd give it a go with the underwriters. In the end, with a lot of support documents, they were happy to accept the risk at a very reasonable rate. So thank you Intasure for thinking outside the box and not just saying the computer says no!”

“Very competitive in terms of pricing for business insurance & very helpful telephone staff. Also quick & efficient but polite & the staff understand your requirements unlike overseas call centres. I researched the parent company of Intasure which is Blenheim park ltd which are highly rated & well established company which gives you confidence.”

“I dealt with a gentleman called Tom Murray-Scott over the phone and found him to be extremely professional and helped my out to the best of his ability. I would 100% recommend purchasing insurance with Intersure if I was to liaise with Tom again as he made the process painless when usually I hate speaking with insurance brokers.”

“We were impressed by the way Tom handled our enquiry and the patience he displayed while we found or worked out the answers to various questions about our 3 sites which we had not anticipated ! He made our obligations clear and was able to shortcut various questions which would often be relevant but were not in our case. Everything was resolved as quickly as reasonably possible but, as we needed to consult others involved, without making us feel we were being rushed. Ian Horton”

“I was pleasantly surprised to receive my renewal notice without the usual inflated price increase we have come to expect from insurance companies, I was also very impressed when I received my requested phone call to answer a few questions I had regarding my policy. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, clarifying any concerns I had and explaining everything to me clearly. I never thought I would hear myself say this, but, It was an absolute pleasure renewing my insurance and I have to put that down to the excellent, polite & professional manner of the lady I spoke to. All my concerns were explained to me in a way I could understand. I only wish I was as professional and remembered her name, so I could thank her here.”

“It was really easy to get my quote. I got a call back the week after & this week I rang gave my REF no & we went straight ahead. Everything was explained clearly & all my questions answered”

“There was no pressure to renew and after discussing the price they gave me time to see if I could get a lower quote and arranged to ring back nearer the renewal date ( which they did) and the rice was the best.”
