“Excellent service from the sales (Emily) staff. Had to make a policy change after reading the policy schedule and the customer service department staff (Cathy) were EXCELLENT too! A hassle free transaction from beginning to end - long may it continue. Thank you.”

“With Intasure for four years. Efficient and competitive company that specialise in insuring 'holiday homes' overseas. Agents are informed and answer questions clearly and unambiguously. Have yet to make a claim so cannot comment on claim handling.”

“I have been with Intasure for a good few years and every year I receive excellent service. The telephone staff are very friendly and when renewing they are very thorough going through the policy renewal details ensuring that what I need is covered. Hope to be here next year.”

“The customer sales assistant was very responsive and knew his game...the whole process was undertaken with a friendly efficiency. I love the fact it is all totally online. My experience of the company has been great over the years having had two claims - both settled with sympathy and courtesy to our satisfaction.”

“We have a holiday apt in Portugal insured with your company. I find that this company is very efficient and easy to deal with. Generally email is enough to sort out our annual policy which we have with Intasure for the past 8 years. However we are phoned whenever there are details to be tweaked and everything is done in one call. All New Policy details then arrive instantly by email. Andy--Ireland”
