“First took Intasure insurance out for holiday home. Found them extremely professional and very friendly. So when renewing home insurance asked them about quote which came in extremely lower than others. So now Intasure hold all home insurance for all properties.”

“Very competitive price for my caravan insurance but I object to the transaction charge levied even when paying with debit card. Transaction charges are usually associated with credit cards, not debit cards. Easy procedure for renewing over the 'phone but no facility for renewing on line as yet. Overall the best value for money that I could find after a comprehensive search.”

“Once registered had great difficulty submitting temporary password to log on, wasted too much time trying repeatedly. Customer service rectified this problem with help from Cathy would advise clearer instructions and simplify current method to log on stage.”
