I moved from an insurance company that changed to a call-centre overseas. It became increasingly difficult to get through, and I never spoke to the same person twice. With Intasure, I can get through straight away - and they find my details quickly. Also, when I changed my e-mail address recently, I was contacted literally within seconds after sending out a blanket mail to everyone in my address book by Intasure to confirm that it was a genuine message. Yes, I was impressed by that one. There is a nice high-street feel to how you do things. Sidney Chilton.

Fast efficient and friendly response to my enquiry, followed up immediately with policy documents sent to my email. Second policy I have with Intasure and would use them for additional policies in the future.

Your staff are very friendly and helpful. Not pushy. It's nice to speak to somebody direct about the policy conditions etc., in a friendly helpful way with no pressure. Insurance can be a bit of a minefield but you were all very clear and helpful.

Straight forward specialist holiday property insurance with good communications from the sales team. I was contacted very quickly after submitting the initial details and I thought the premium was good value especially recognising that holiday homes are only occupied for relatively short periods.
