“Very impressed with the call I had from Intasure. The lady was very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional. Her product knowledge was excellent. Having spent many years in Household and Motor Insurance with one of the leading insurers, I appreciated her call and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Although I have never made a claim, I am confident that should I ever need to do so, I will be treated fairly.”

“Telephone contact was friendly, helpful and effective. I was slightly confused by receiving no less than five temporary passwords to access my documents. And the non active form for signing up for direct debit was a frustration.”
