“No particular comments except that I thought the 'transaction charge' as an additional item a bit silly, since being paid for providing goods or services is a universal overhead, and no more sensible than me deducting from the payment the cost to me of making a payment to you. However, your representative mollified me. Payment was made, and amended documents received back for filing within my accounting system within minutes. I am overall very happy with your service,”

“Pros - they are proactive with phone calls and emails and it should be easy enough to renew/get information and staff have been polite and helpful. Cons - my policy has been put on an "old system" which asks me unnecessary questions (confusing) and cant have any changes made to it without going back to the underwriters, even when the change doesnt require underwriting at all. This has resulted in delays (particularly as one referral was done without the actual information being sent with it) and 7 or 8 phone calls just to get a renewal done. If I had more time I would probably have gone elsewhere as I was very fed up by the end of the process and I will look for alternative quotes before the next renewal.”

“Not usually inclined to write reviews but I have to say that amongst all of the insurance companies that I have had to deal with (and let's face it, it's never going to be something to look forward to!) Intasure are a breath of fresh air.”

“I had a rather obscure insurance requirement a Holiday home, listed building in Ireland not many people were able to quote for it. Intasure were able to do it for a good price and were very helpful. Thanks”

“I had difficulty trying to register with the portal, confusing information. However I received the requested call back promptly the next morning. The young lady was polite and knowledgable .She assured me when I asked that I wasn't the first person to encounter that difficulty so perhaps it should be looked at? Otherwise happy to do business again .”
