“I recently renewed my overseas home insurance with Intasure and it was a positive experience. The staff were helpful and courteous, and pointed out ways where I could reduce my premium, which I did. As my other home is a long way away, it is important to feel safe and secure with your insurance which I do with this company.”

“I received excellent customer service from Katrina and her colleague at Intasure. They were the quickest to come back to me out of all the 5 insurance brokers that I contacted, and they were also the best price for the level of cover. Really impressed with their excellent communication and hassle-free arranging of insurance and receiving documents. “Applied for a quotation for our holiday home that we let out on-line which was simple enough. This was followed up by a telephone call from a lovely young lady who confirmed the quotation for us. As we had a few day's to go I left it and rang back about a week later to confirm the quote and take the policy out. Again, a friendly young man confirmed everything for us, answered the questions that I had confidently and precisely. I paid by debit card and all the documentation swiftly followed by e.mail. Overall a very easy operation. I felt confident and happy to have completed this transaction. Without wishing to cause offence to anyone reading this, it was a refreshing change to speak to English people.”

“I found Intasure alerted me in good time, prior to my insurance premium expiry. Any requests were dealt with promptly. Changes to a policy, could be made via their easy to use website, or via phone, with calls being handled by English staff. The staff are both polite and thorough when dealing with you. Thank You!
