“As always, very helpful service, I appreciate the contact well in advance of the renewal date and that the staff call back at an agreed time to sort any issues out. “I was very impressed with the service I received from Intasure. I spoke with someone called Tom MacDonald. he dealt with my renewal swiftly and very efficiently and even managed to reduce the quoted price by a few pounds. He had a lovely telephone manner. I had just spoken to a different Insurance Company where I spoke to a very abrupt young lady, despite their quote being cheaper I decided that Intasure was a much nicer company to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”

“Will Henry was amazingly helpful. I needed a landlord policy for a buy to let flat in a Grade 1 building which every insurance company I approached refused to cover. Will said Intasure couldn't do it either but when I explained my problem he said he'd give it a go with the underwriters. In the end, with a lot of support documents, they were happy to accept the risk at a very reasonable rate. So thank you Intasure for thinking outside the box and not just saying the computer says no!”
