“Just bought a policy and can't say anything about the claims procedure yet, but so far my experience has been excellent. Ella explained everything with great patience and then explained it again, and then answered more questions about details, and then very patiently explained them again, going back to the underwriters each time to make sure. Everything seems quite transparent and I am confident that I have bought the right policy, tailored to my needs. Very quick response to emails; it feels very reliable. So very pleased so far...”

“Easy to find out information and easy to subsequently take out insurance. Unlike many holiday home insurers there is no requirement to visit every few weeks which has been a problem with Coronavirus. Not everyone lets their properties or has it managed by a management company. When I let a neighbour have a key she let someone stay there over winter without our knowledge! Now no one has the key but me and I don’t visit every few weeks so most insurances are not suitable. Well done Intasure!”

“Quick response to questions and complaint about portal not working was followed up (but not fixed) quickly by manager. Very efficient and considerable cheaper than competitor so have switched back to inrasure ... just do something about the portal!!!!”

“Got through on the phone very quickly. Real people to talk to, not robots! Jamie was excellent at talking me through the process. The underwriters set to work and I had the insurance documents within two hours. Easy to pay over the phone. Highly recommended.”

“Your first broker understood my requirements and sent me a detailed quote and conditions. Your second broker again understood my conditions and incorporated my requirements. Both were most helpful friendly and polite. I stated thatI would be willing to receive travel insurance details and I would like to also receive overseas health insurance details.”
