“Very easy to contact by phone...... virtually no delays getting through to them. I found them very knowledgeable & efficient, they covered all aspects of our caravan insurance.. I had to contact them again for modifications on my cover, thereby reducing costs, & there was no issue with this. In my experience they were easier to deal with than a few other companies.”

“The representative Jamie , was most helpful and came over most professional . listened not only to my requirements but also answered my questions and most of all my quires , when in doubt then sought judgement from a supervisor to complete the answers. Even to the extent of offering a very similar quotation ,to that offered via invitation from my existing Caravan Insurance Company . Even in this difficult period of Covid 19 , which is just as testing for everyone , though perhaps far more for some companies. Intasure surpassed them with an immediate response which was most refreshing given that the previous " yawning pause " of almost a month became unacceptable . Well done Jamie.”

“I was pleased with the ease of buying my buildings insurance for Turkey but am still waiting for DANSK insurance quote although it was sent Friday evening and according to their website are open on Saturdays from 10am!!!”

“Great start with Intasure. Very easy arrangement of Landlords insurance on the phone. I have no idea how to spell his name but I will guess at Shamil who was friendly and helpful throughout. All will tell if we need to make a claim at some point.”
