“My experience only entails having taken out the insurance, not having had to claim. However my experience of taking it out was extremely positive with the staff member on the telephone being exceedingly patient in explaining the policy to me. He was polite and helpful throughout the call.”

“For a 'non-standard' policy for buildings cover, Intasure were very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed an unusual policy that covered a building with more than one freeholder, and more than one entrance and address. The broker I dealt with understood straight away and kept in regular touch, making sure I understood everything I needed to know. All written information was very clear. I was pleased to take my policy with Intasure and feel confident that I am well covered by a good policy provider.”

“I've always found Intasure easy to deal with due to their good customer orientation. This was once again confirmed during my very recent experience in processing the fact that my house insurance was close to expiry with the automatic renewal relying on a credit card which had become out of date. The Intasure rep. was very good in understanding my needs and did not over-rush me, thereby enabling my renewal over the telephone. I have been with Itasure since 2008”
