“I renew by phone - I get through straight away to somebody, who then deals with my request, no holding the line or shifted about - lovely! I am reminded by email several weeks before renewal and again just before policy expires. I have not made a claim but price and communication 100%”

“The company response to my email query was quick and thorough. The young woman who phoned was well suited to dealing with customers....friendly and professional. And the icing on the cake for me?..........she was nicely spoken (in a way that most ordinary people used to be nicely spoken). It's a rare pleasure these days to hear someone speaking who DOSEN'T sound as if they've just just stepped off an EastEnders set. Thank you.”

“My renewal was dealt with efficiently, cheerfully and kindly. I was very happy with the service. My only criticism would be the high rate phone number. When in the UK I have only a mobile phone and here in Greece these numbers are not recognised. Had your operative been unable to reach me by phone or email, the policy would have lapsed. As I also explained, this Greek island, symi, is incredibly safe, and I feel no real need to have my meagre contents insured. I am only really worried about the property during adverse weather conditions or even earthquake. However, it has stood for over 100 years and I keep it well maintained. Anyway I am grateful for the speedy and kindly help I was given. I find it tough enough making decisions on my own, since the sad loss of my husband here, after 50 years together. Christine Brown”
