“I recently renewed my villa insurance with Intasure. I attempted to do this by creating a user profile on the new portal, but experienced some issues. I was informed this was due to problems with the whole Intasure network. The operator I spoke to took my details and called me back when the network issues had been resolved. She proceeded to complete my renewal without any fuss and then assisted me with setting up my portal access. Overall i was very impressed with the service i received. Additionally, initial impressions of the portal are very good.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Intasure as a holiday home insurer, the usual clauses are included for vacant properties during the winter, such as draining down and turning off the main water supply etc. quite sensible. I had the mis fortune to have to make a claim because of a burglary recently, the staff were helpful and an assessor Provided, claim settled within a few weeks with early agreements made to cover initial security issues, always a good idea to now and then take a few photographs of the interior of house and garage to remind you what was there, very easy now with smart phone. Robert”

“After having being chased up ( several times ) over the phone by a sales person who inquiered wether we were renewing our policy we told that person that we were happy to renew. We also told him that the money transfer would take a couple of days longer as it was an international transfer. He was happy with that. A couple of days later another person called for the same thing who was told the same thing. A day later somebody else called again about the same thing and told us that the policy would elapse and that we would not be covered. In the mean time two e-mails arrived with the same subject to which we replied the same thing but never got an acknowledgment. Then a 4th person called about the same thing so I paid directly through my credit card hoping that by this time my money transfer had gone through. I do not appreciate this sort of aggressivness and inefficiency !”

“The agent I spoke to was apologetic enough about the fact that my policy didn't cover me for what I had hoped, but his general tone during the rest of the conversation was throwaway and uninterested: he read out material very fast and in a formulaic way that did not aid understanding.”
