“Intasure telephoned me to alert me that the Direct Debit which I had set up for paying my Policy did not go through. They discussed with me as to which Credit Card they had for this purpose and I believe it was one which had expired. So we set up another Direct Debit on a different Card. The lady went through certain aspects of the Policy to make sure that I am aware of certain implications involved.”
