We have a holiday let which is part of our house. Intasure understood the situation, solved all the potential problems and gave us a very competitive cover for buildings, contents and any eventualities caused by letting part of the property to guests. Excellent service, helpful staff. Did not find any other company to answer all our needs.

I receive my renewal documents by email well before renewal date which gives me plenty of time to check them over. About a week before renewal I am phoned by a very efficient and knowledgeable person who runs through the details of cover with me. Once that person and I are both happy with the cover I pay by Credit Card. No stress. I have 3 properties with Intasure.

This isn't a good question to get an honest review. It is a leading question. You will see that I indicated the service was acceptable. I had a problem in that I had changed my email address. I notified Intasure two weeks before policy was due for renewal. The new address was incorrectly recorded which meant I had to make further telephone calls and a delay in sorting it out.

Our first holiday house and therefore first holiday house insurance. The guys were great in helping us understand how it all works and agreeing the policy. A pleasure to deal with so far.

The initial contact and service from Intasure was excellent, price was good too. Unable to assess the overall performance as I believe an insurer should be measured eucalyptus by how they respond to problems and claims.

I have always had excellent service from Intasure. They are very quick to respond and ALWAYS respond, even with a call back if requested. Their agents are polite and patient on the phone and are always a pleasure to deal with, ensuring that I fully understand before taking any action. Well done. In an age of speed and impatience these are rare qualities.

Reasonable quick to answer my call. Very helpful staff who made it easy (for me) to sort out my enquiry. Other departments were involved but the person I spoke to did that and didn't' pass me from person to person (when you usually get cut off).
