“Excellent renewal process on the phone when I called . Friendly, helpful and efficient member of staff that I spoke to . I don't recall seeing any prior notification that I needed to renew so that wasn't so good. Also when I asked about travel insurance and was put through I was left on hold and gave up waiting for someone to take my call.”

“5 stars is based on the effciency, politeness and professionalism of the staff and the value for money. I've held the policy for a year and have just renewed. I haven't needed to make a claim so can't comment on how that would be dealt with.”
