“I needed to update Intasure on my change of circumstances and my phone call was answered by a real person in Customer Service, without hanging on the line for ten minutes! I was immediately passed onto an insurance adviser (sorry, didn't catch her name but she was extremely helpful). I was 100% satisfied with the way my enquiry was dealt with and resolved. My adviser had excellent communication skills, she was very friendly and polite. I was given clear information and felt reassured that my updated insurance needs were fully met.”
