“I couldn't understand why they stopped my cover when the payment was direct debit and up to date as normally the next premium rolls on to the next year.the new agreement surprisingly states the policy runs year after year unless I cancel,very strange?”

“They are keen to have your business and remind you about renewing. As with all things renewals often involve price increases and more incentive to shop around so just to say that we don't expect it every year !”
