I requested a call & got one very quickly. I asked a few questions & got a clear answer & took out my Holiday Home Insurance out again with confidence.

Tried to renew my insurance on 2nd and 3rd Jan using tel nos on quote. Answering system was unusable and did not explain why could not get through. On using tel no on web page got through to one of your staff. From this point there was no problem, very helpful young lady. You need to support yor staff with some better technology.

I managed to renew my static home insurance over the phone with no quibbles and it was sent by email straight away. A first class service.

The Insurance policy was clearly and precisely explained. Advice was given on taking out the policy and how to proceed. I have never used your company before but would be happy to use you again in the future if your standard of customer service is as good as it was yesterday. Well done.

Annual cover and accidental damage was only an extra £10 for the year.salesman was polite and explained everything in full.pleasure to have my policy with them.

Saved £80 on my insurance for static caravan, but have since found out friends have saved more with same company!! Surely it should be same charge, we are all on same caravan park too!!

The renewal contact in Intasure rang to remind us that the Insurance was shortly due for renewal and went through the various elements of cover. We were quite satisfied and we were reminded that we had the right of review. Very efficient and very professionally handled.
