“Tried to renew my insurance on 2nd and 3rd Jan using tel nos on quote. Answering system was unusable and did not explain why could not get through. On using tel no on web page got through to one of your staff. From this point there was no problem, very helpful young lady. You need to support yor staff with some better technology.”
