“I appreciated the phone call to remind me of the renewal but was a little annoyed that once I mentioned that there was water damage at the apartment I was told I cannot renew my insurance until you informed the underwriters.I am still awaiting prices before deciding if to claim. But it seems to me that Insurance companies like to receive your annual payments but as soon as there is a claim they put barriers in front.”

“I needed to insure a studio apartment in the French Alps .Spoke to a very efficient advisor he talked me through the whole process. A short time after an email arrived which I was able to check this included the full policy schedule. I would recommend this company”
