“Service was fine once I got through but took over an hour of trying before phone was finally answered by someone. Dreadful telephone system that just cut you off after ages of phone ringing unanswered”

“I was looking for buildings insurance for my holiday property online and found this one that filled all of my needs. I contacted the firm by e-mail and was contacted in return. The lady ran through the cover with me and sent me details by e-mail. I was able to view the details and when I was next contacted by phone another lay again went through the cover a second time. I bought the policy.”

“Your premiums are reasonable, and your customer service is good. The only thing I'd change (if possible), is to add your payment fee to the cost, as it's bitter pill to swallow to have to then add a few pounds on top of the total, just for the privilege of actually paying you.”

“The agent called 10 minutes after I signaled my interest in the policy on-line. Her questions were clear, thorough and relevant and I got the impression she knew what she was talking about. However, while I was very happy with the process of purchasing the policy, the true quality of an insurance company reveals itself only in the event that a claim has to be made (though I hope it never does).”
