“My wife Lindsay was in contact with Rachel with the goal of working together. After a consultation, Rachel advised she would reach out later that day or the next to speak with Lindsay again briefly for a couple more questions. She never received that phone call, but an email introducing us to a second therapist, Deirdre, who apparently was a better fit, without an explanation in that e-mail as to why she was unable to work with Rachel. Lindsay decided to try anyway and completed multiple assessments with Deirdre in one session. Deirdre told Lindsay the results of the final assessment performed during their session would be given to her on the next session. Lindsay never received the results to the final assessment, and the next session never happened. Rachel now e-mailed, asking Lindsay for information including the 2 assessments done by 2 separate Drs on 2 separate occasions. The first Dr’s results misdiagnosed her with a mental illness Deirdre was not qualified to work with. However, the second and most recent Dr’s assessment confirmed that diagnosis was indeed INCORRECT. Despite this correction from the most recent Dr (both neuropsychologists), she was still denied treatment by Rachel. We wanted to know why this was the case, but had to ask multiple times just to get an answer. When I stepped in, the answer went from Deirdre wasn't qualified to treat the illness Lindsay was misdiagnosed with and no longer applied to her, to due to an insurance barrier. She then stated that she would not communicate anymore on the matter. Now my wife is left with no results, an answer that makes no logical sense, and no help, after being treated so unfairly. She is now worse than before she sought help from this company. I would never recommend a place so shady. There's better out there, and you deserve it. Do your research.”
