“Company directed me to make payment through website before they could attempt to book it. Hey made 1 phone call and never booked it. A week later I asked where was the report to find out they never visited! They visited last week and apparently were 4hours late. I've been waiting v patiently and the timescale has expired to provide me the report. The company have messed me around so much it has delayed the purchase of my property. Why did you take money off me? I paid for an EICR I'm now going to have to book a real electrician to visit the property and carry out a safety report and contact my bank for a full refund as no service has been provided. They do not answer emails, phone calls and the mobile number they text off is not recognised number. Very dodgy you have been warned.”
