“Good service. Your agents attempt to contact short after the inquiry. However, it is good if you asked about a good time to contact the customer rather than ringing straightaway. It is also good to have a online calculator to get a rough idea about the how life insurance works before talking to an agent. Easy to navigate site.”

“Offered me a quote until you asked further questions. As soon as I answered that I suffered with mental health issues and had other problems in the past you refused to offer me a quote. In 2018 when everyone seems to be all about “normalising” mental health every single one of you still discriminate against it. 👏🏼 Well done!”
