I wanted to compare life insurance rates, but unfortunately the service produces a phone call. Not what I wanted.

The advisor even when I said I wanted 10k of cover and that my maximum was £20 pm came back with my monthly maximum but with a cover of more than double I wanted. When he then came back either a figure cover if 15k I said ok but he put the phone down on me when I asked if he could email me he details I am not happy agreeing verbal contracts

The life insurance came back from Aviva at £22 but via another broker I could get exactly the same cover for a £14.93, your insurance quotes should go through a search engine like the mortgage quote to get the best deal

I agreed on a plan and different plan was sent to me and up to now I don't know what is going on.

I wanted a very simple transaction. A list of different companies, with their rates listed.. Instead , no list and then I have been bombarded by telephone calls. I hate it. The worst possible phishing type website,

Table rate prices often don't display the best prices available for your individual circumstances, hence why more often than not we choose not to use them. Our partnered FCA regulated advisors must act in your best interests when explaining the deals to you, with no sales pressure whatsoever. This is why why receive very few complaints when someone has had the great experience of being helped by our advisors. If you had expressed to the advisor that you weren't interested then they would have ceased contact completely. Unfortunately I think as they didn't manage to get through to you they must have tried further contact. Please accept our apologies that we didn't meet the standard of the service that you were after on this occasion. Kind regards.

not offered any advice on y situation and i cannot understand why i cannot get the appropriate life cove as my GP has given me a clean bill of health ?? JHeather

I didnt recieve an online quote as i expected, then i seemed to be bombarded with calls the maximum of 26 calls in one day i think that was excessive to say the least!

Hi Victoria, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I must apologise if you were unhappy with receiving a personal quote over the phone instead of seeing a figure online. It's easier for us to offer more competitive prices over the phone because we don't have to update pricing tables. The information you receive will be the most up to date, working in your favour. Having said that, 26 calls in one day is of course excessive. Were you also trying to receive a quote from other comparison sites? We have policies in place that simply don't allow for such a volume of contact. Kind regards, Robert
