“can't have taken more than 20 minutes. hate having to do stuff over the phone but it was really easy and didn't take long but also didn;t seem rushed. all done and covered thanks.”

“Really good and personal service. I spoke to an adviser within minutes of putting my details in, and true to their word, they found an option for me that was cheaper than other sites were displaying online. Quick, cheap and easy.”

“I just managed to qualify for an over 50s plan having hit the half century mark a few weeks ago. I wouldn't normally say that's a good thing but I seemed to get a cheaper plan so can't complain.”

“I was prepared for my cover to take a bit longer to set up due to a pre-existing condition. Overall very happy with the personal level of service offered. I have one point of contact so there's no need to re-explain or give case numbers etc. Would definitely recommend.”

“Really brilliant service. The two advisors (Adam and Katie) that I spoke with were very helpful. I was undecided about whether to take a joint policy or two singles for myself and my partner an they explained all the benefits and disadvantages without pushing an option toward me. I'm more skeptical about the large comparison sites after hearing on the news about their loyalties to certain companies, so I was glad to use someone smaller with better service.”

“I wasn't very sure about if this site was an insurer or just compared quotes but I put my details in and was contacted by them within the hour. They talked me through lots of different policies and explained the best deals in terms of savings each month as well as those that we would benefit more from in the long run. I found this much more helpful than trying to decide myself and just look at what the cheapest option might be. Thank you.”
