I won't be doing this online anymore as I got call after call from your company when I had said no thankyou after about 3 phone calls in a short space of time. Then you call from withheld numbers so we don't know who is calling. It's harassment really. No thankyou should mean so and my number should be taken off your database. I have reported it to the powers that be as no thankyou should be enough for you to stop calling.

Good morning Peta, I'm sorry that you've had such a bad experience with comparing life insurance policies. I do wonder if you might have also used any other services or sites to compare life insurance at the same time? The experience you have communicated sounds very far from how we operate, nevertheless I assure you will investigate all communications from our side to understand what may have gone wrong. Offered me a quote until you asked further questions. As soon as I answered that I suffered with mental health issues and had other problems in the past you refused to offer me a quote. In 2018 when everyone seems to be all about “normalising” mental health every single one of you still discriminate against it. 👏🏼 Well done!

I was expecting an online quote, but instead got bombarded by incessant telephone calls instead. You should make it clearer that that is what will happen, or make it so that you have to tick a box to opt in to receiving calls. I blocked the number in the end and won't be going anywhere near your company in the future.

I was expecting an immediate quote, only then to find that to get one I had to have someone call me and badger me with questions. So I went elsewhere.

I do not give my phone number so never got a quote. Compulsory phone number is wrong in my opinion.
