“The advisor even when I said I wanted 10k of cover and that my maximum was £20 pm came back with my monthly maximum but with a cover of more than double I wanted. When he then came back either a figure cover if 15k I said ok but he put the phone down on me when I asked if he could email me he details I am not happy agreeing verbal contracts”
