“Intents outdoors was outstanding. Awesome customer service. Castle couriers havent been quite so helpful, I still havent recieved my order and they have not responded to email.”
“Firstly the well laid out website made exploring all my options a breeze and when I finally hit "go" on my purchase it was on my doorstep in days (with emails to update me at each step).
Highly recommend!”
“The ordering and delivery of the tent went well
The tent itself seems spacious and well-designed.It is certainly light
The one criticism is the set-up instructions which are not as clear as they could be.A diagram would help as would a more comprehensive video on your website”
“Great especially as I re-jigged my plans and swapped the type of tent. This presented no problem at all, super communication, all quick and easy.
Happy”
“Awesome tent the Titan 2, easy to set up and a great internal atmosphere. Took it down the Whanganui river for 5 days and I am in love. It doesn’t package down very small but hey, we gear heads have to make those kinds of sacrifices.”
“Amazing service - we broke one of the tent poles the first time we put it up but Intents replaced it straight away. It's service like that that makes one company way above the others. Highly recommend.”
“The product i bought is great quality, however I was even more impressed with the great service, I had a short time frame from when I ordered the product to when i needed it - i emailed to request it be sent as soon as they possibly could, I had a reply very quickly and it was sent that day, product arrived in time. Thanks again :)”
